[CLOSED] Issues with Channel Faders 1 & 2 DDJ-SX

I am having issues with my Channel faders 1 & 2.

Channel 1 leans to the right , and has from day 1.

Channel 2 leans to the right, but when its pushed up to max, and i touch it, the channel cuts out.

How do i go about getting these replaced? I live in Ottawa Canada and i contacted the deal i bought it at 3 months ago and they said contact pioneer.
