[CLOSED] DDJ-WeGO major problem, need help, fast!

OK, Here's my problem:

**I  bought myself a DDJ-WeGO controller for christmas, and i had troubles setting it up. anyway i succeded to resolve the problem with the firmware and started updating it 2 days ago it reached 81%, but for some reason my computer crashed and i had to restart it and there lies the problem. after that my computer cannot start the firmware update again, i tried re-installing all drivers and everything more than once but the result was none. and i think my controller has also has some kind of bug because after the restart i can't get it out from the firmware update mode. the red lights keep flashing like it's always in that mode, before that when i tried to turn it on the jogs started lighting up and everthing and now is just the lights that signafy  the firmware update mode. i also tried to plug it to another computer but it is still like that. i don't know what to do, please help!

i'm using windows 7 32-bit**
