[CLOSED] Pioneer DDJ-SZ jog wheel sensitivity

Also, there was a firmware update for the SZ posted on 3rd march??

That's pretty sad for someone to be representing pioneer and not realize that these units are available and were purchased in Europe. These threads are closed way to quickly and frankly as we been seeing pioneers product support suck for a lack of a better word. The forum itself is not user friendly and you have to wait days if not more then a week to get ur problem acknowledged. It probably will never change cause we will still buy pioneer products but pioneer should have paid moderators that actually work for pioneer and can really help users. Non of this would happen on other forums.

The absolute cheek of him closing the other thread !!!! I myself am very interested in this issue and have been following your thread both here and on the Serato forum as mine is bought and paid for (UK), however I'm yet to receive from the store I purchased. I would be very disappointed dropping £1750 on a pro controller for this kind of issue to be there right from the start. I can smell Pioneer panicking on this one and that is why your last thread got the Nazi treatment and instantly locked down. Very poor response indeed.

So, for your information, the jog sensitivity of DDJ SR is adjustable: Just have a look in the user manual called: DRI1179A on page 29 !

We prefer that Pioneer answer us something like : "thanks for your message, we will investigate and let you know..."

For now, our request would be something lke: is there any chance to have sensitivity adjustable in a future firmware.

(sorry for my english, i'm french).

P.S: for now this is my bigger problem with my DDJ SZ, for the rest: all is OK for me.

Yes, updates are being made available prior to release because Pioneer has found ways to improve upon the product already. This does not imply there were problems or defects before its release.

And no, @DJTRICE, the SZ, SB and SR DO NOT have adjustment knobs like the SX. Yes, they are adjustable, but that's not what I said.

Pioneer's engineers are continuing to investigate any comments made regarding the sensitivity and we appreciate your patience.
