I'm a owner of a DDJ SZ & I have a few minor but noticeable scrathes on the surface of the jog wheel platter, any suggestions on how to get these scrathes out?

Hi All!
New DDJ-SZ arrived and it looks great!
The problem I'm having is that the headphone signal and the master output signal don't match.
It seems, even if I'm beat matching in time, my headphones and the true master sound dont match up.
Also, if you're playing a track loud so it can be heard through the speakers and you listen to the same channel through the headphones, it still doesn't match.
To simplify this further, if you have 1 track playing so it can be heard through the speakers and the second track beat matched perfectly in your headphones, as soon as you slide the faders up so both tracks can be heard by the crowd, it sounds like a train wreck!
For the comedians amongst us, this has nothing to do with my beat matching skills ;)
Please help!
