I'll have to ask the engineers about this one, it's got me scratching my head.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium and I have been having issues with the audio from channel 1 but CH 2 works just fine. Another thing is when I slide the CH Fader all the way to the top the controller disconnects from Serato and it crashes (Hardware disconnected). Just to state that I have re installed Serato, newest drivers and firmware from the website. I am not sure if this is a software issue or a controller issue. Please Help !!! thanks

Since I have no response since March 16 I did some of my own research and QA testing. It seems as if the hardware acts differently when its plugged in and when the software is launched. For example, if I plug my controller in and then start Serato I get many errors as i mentioned. However, if I start Serato first and then plug in my controller they all seem to go away. I wouldn't think theres a difference but apparently there is. SOLVED. Start SERATO and then plug in the controller via USB.
@Brandon > The engineers have responded to this post wondering if there is any additional information you could share re: specs of your computer, exact setup instructions you followed etc. They have commented that it may be beneficial to send the unit to a service centre to check any hardware issue.
Closed due to no response; if you have this issue again, please post a new thread and link back to this one.
