pioneer DDJ-SB-S has problems finding a driver on my windows 7 64x

hi,

i have bought this wonderfull device for my PC. it runs on windows 7 64x and has a REALTEK HD AUDIO soundcard.

the problem i have is:   it  finds the DDJ-SB MIDI, my pc says it works correctly.  BUT it can find PIONEEER DDJ SB. my pc says that there isnt a driver installed for it. 

if have installed the driver from the CD and has the same version as on youre pioneer site.

the device does it, when i connect it. it gives that windows sound that it finds it.  but it wound get founded by serato nor virtual DJ.

I have putted a printscreen file with it. so you can see what i mean. it is in dutch, but i ahve translated it in english.

WHAT do i need to do, to get it started.

yes i have installed the driver and unstalled it 4 times :)
