PROBLEM WITH DDJ-SR

hi , i bought my ddj-sr about 3 months ago..until a week ago i had no big issues...this is when it started playing up a bit... in the beggining i had the classic ''freeze'' problem that i think everybody had...then a few days ago i started having another issue with the cue button of the left deck.. it looks like when i press the cue in left deck automatically activates the play/hotcue1 in right deck.so if a song is playing in the right deck, by pressing the cue in left i skip backwards the song in right deck from the cue point i started playing it...so i tried to avoid pressing the cue buttons that night so ill make it through... then if i change the pads to slicers for example, it wont change back to hotcues...i can swap it from roll/slicer/effects but wont go in cues..also pressing the key lock button will activate the loop button starting recording a loop from then on..... its getting really frustrating trying to fight the controller while trying to dj....

my controller is updated to version 1.07 and i use a macbook (intel) 2 cores @2.5Ghz 8 gb Memory running 10.6.8.

Also today i borrowed my cousins macbook pro i7 8Gb mem 10.9.xx and it does the same.

There is no drink accidents involved as well.... can someone help....? there is a link under with the cue button problem..

Engineers have recommended that you send the unit to Pioneer for servicing as they believe it is a hardware issue.

I have the same problem and quite a few people have commented on the issue on serato website can anyone help or how did you resolve the issue. I have updated and re-updated my firmware severally but the problem still persists.

@Kostas > Your post was inappropriate, if you have a problem with the service you received, I suggest you contact the Pioneer DJ offices in your region and place a complaint there.
