ddj sx PLATTER NON-RESPONSIVE

I have been struggling with customer service (Ashley in particular) to have may ddi sx serviced properly. Ashley is rude and somewhat condescending. I purchase my DDJ-SX in feb of 2014. Roughly 45 days out i started having problems with the platter intermittently becoming non-responsive in vinyl mode. I brought it back to Guitar center and they told me it was a firmware issue and couldn't take it back as it was outside of their 30 day return policy. So i updated the firmware. Seem to work for a little while. Right side became non-responsive when doing a party. Called pioneer and spoke to Ashley who insisted it was a firmware problem. Reinstalled the firmware. Problem still intermittently happen. Called pioneer, got Ashley again, she had me send it in. She said their was nothing she could do unless I sent it in at my expense. Sent it in and pioneer returned it several weeks later stating they updated the firmware that was already updated! Plugged it in, same problem. Called pioneer, somehow got Ashley again, told me to return it again. Yet again, told me their was nothing they could do unless i send it in at my expense. She also said it would go right to a technicians bench since this was the second time. So i returned it. 4 Weeks later it arrives at me door which was last night. The invoice says they replaced two indicating lens and two wheel assy part number 100-s1-298 and 704-s1-138.( I had only reported issue with the left side) I hooked it up, and now the right side platter is non responsive when trying to manipulate the track forward, backwards, speed it up or slow it down but the touch capacity works. I'm also pretty sure that the tops of the platters were replaced with ones in worse condition then the ones i sent it in with. I don't recall having minor scratches/ blemishes on my platters. It was barely used since i've been having so many issue with it. I've had absolute horrendous customer server from Ashley who seems to care less about my situation. She was very reluctant to give me access to her manager. I don't want to be with out my board for another 4-6 wks and I don't want to keep paying to ship this unit to California when they are not making sure it is in working order before they return it. Both times the unit was supposedly repaired to factory standards and yet both times it did not work properly right out of the box after being repaired. I've tried new usb cables, various outlets in various locations. All firmware and software is up to date. 

Any insight would greatly be appreciated.
