Have you configured the TSI file for Traktor so when you press the button on the controller the headphones engage the cue for that channel?
Hi guys!
I bought a pioneer DDJ T1 and Traktor pro 2 3 days ago. I read every post in internet about this issue but i haven't found a solution yet.
Why I can't listen the song throught my headphones? I tryed everything. I turn on the cue button, my traktor settings were setted up corectly:
AUDIO SETUP: Piooner DDj asio soundcard
OUTPUT (internal) MONITOR: 3, 4 headphones
OUTPUT MASTER: 1, 2
KNOBS: i tryed to put theme in every position but nothing. There is a strange thing about that: if i turned to the right the knob of the volume (max) of the headphones, I can hear a strange noize that souds slowly.

Yes. When i press the button on the controller i can see in traktor that the headphones are engage to the channel where i press the cue button but in my headphones i can't listen the song. If i try to put the headphones volume knob to maximum, i can hear a strange noise in the headphones and i think that is my song but she don't sound properly.
Now i have traktor 2.6.0 and i downloaded the right tsi from here:
http://www.pioneer.eu/it/support/software/DDJ-T1/page.html#download_246
Can you post screen shots of the Audio Setup and Output Routing pages please?
Sure but now I have another problem. I tryed to reinstall drivers and traktor to fix the headphones problem but now when i run traktor he say that "DDJ Asio is not connected" so my ddj t1 doesn't work now. He is connected by usb and turned on, then i run traktor and he say to me that "is not connected". Driver are installed but when I go to C/Pioneer/DDj and I open the utiliy, in the "Firmware" section, he say to me that "is not connected" even if my DDJ t1 is connected.
That DDJ T1 have many problems with traktor pro 2 scratch....why?
I have windows by the way. Please Pulse help me
Ok I fixed that problem. Still headphones issue

The problem with the headphones is still here. I tryed another thing because i was thinking that the main problem were my headphones but they aren't. I tryed to insert the jack of my "TRUST" speakers in the headphones hole (phone) and if i turn to maxim the volume i can hear the song but slowly...why?
Someone help me ASAP please.
Nobody?
Asking for a follow-up less than 10 hours later is a bit quick. I've asked the engineers if there's anything they might recommend checking before declaring it a hardware fault. I'll let you know when I hear back.
Thank you! I think is a hardware problem because I tryed the ddj t1 with virtual dj and i have the same problem (no headhphones).
The engineers are investigating!
If is a hardware problem, how much I have to spend to repair that problem? Have you idea how much?
Sorry, I wouldn't know what the cost to repair it is. I'll post back if the engineers have any other questions.
Ok, thank you!
Sorry, they too feel this might be a hardware issue and direct you to contact Pioneer technical support via the links at the right for further assistance. They would be able to give you an estimate on repairs.
