Have had my unit for about a year now, love it had no problems until one of my jog wheels suddenly changed its sensitivity.
I have my touch sensor level on max, right side works fine, but my left side is about 10% less responsive. On my right, my finger doesnt even feel like its touching and the wheel responds, but my left side i have to apply a little bit of pressure. Also my backspins are no longer 100% consistent, sometimes instead of spinning i end up just slowing down the song like I'm using the outside of the wheel
I have tried cleaning them, using shift + 1 or 3 (am i doing that right?). All of my software is for the unit and serato is up to date, my gut thinks its a hardware thing

I'd say that sound like more than 10% less responsive. My SX has the sensitivity knobs at two different positions but both jogs act the way I expect them to. If you've done the basic troubleshooting and have tried adjusting the jog through its full range (using the knob on the front of the unit) but still can't find a sweet-spot, it may be a hardware problem in need of servicing.
