DDJ SX - N

So i bought this new bad boy from Ebay less than a week ago, the DDJ SX - N (Gold), absolutely love the unit. Was bought in second hand but its in immaculate condition, so no scratches, everything is in top notch, thou i have once issue that is really bothering me.

So i switch on the unit and its amazing, all flashy lights and everything, im using Virtual DJ 8, so i follow the correct procedures based on what the CD that came along in the box told me to do, i even installed a new firm wire update, which so far i think its 1.07, and the drivers and I've already used it at my residency club where i live and it works absolutely amazing with Virtual DJ 8. Thou i have one main concerned. 

My main issue is the Left Jog wheel, so let me give you an example, So you got DECK A and DECK B, I'm playing a song on DECK A and i am cueing up the next song on deck B, but sometimes, while its off (Vinyl mode), you can just spin the jog wheel slightly to the left or the the right to adjust where you want your exact beat to start with the cue point. Now i can do that perfect on DECK B, i can scratch on DECK B fine too, its only when its the opposite round that the issue starts to occur. So E.g: song playing on Deck B and i try to adjust the cue on DECK A. When i try this, DECK A is unresponsive, no movement what so ever, not in the middle light on the jog wheel itself or Virtual DJ 8.

At first i thought it may be related to Virtual DJ 8, maybe a driver was not installed properlly, so i had Serato installed from the CD that came along in the box and i tried doing the same on Serato, but the same issue persisted. No movement on the left jog wheel what so ever when trying to cue, cant bend a song either. Then i thought, well its not the software so it must be the unit, but to my suprise i was wrong again. You see, when i press Vinyl mode, on DECK their is still no movement, however if i am playing a song, and i move it, (while its in Vinyl mode) to my suprise the song stops :o, so i have no idea what is happening. If the Jog Wheel was damaged sure, even if it was in Vinyl mode or not, it wouldn't make any movement. 

So i did some research and their are a few people with the same issue, some say it could be the sensitivity, i played around with that with no results either. 

Pioneer please help, am i missing something here :'( ? 

Heres the things ive tried... 

1. Tried reinstalling the drivers

2. Reinstalled Serato

3. Reinstalled Virtual DJ

4. Retarded both Laptop and Unit

5. Reinstalled Firmwire

6. Tried the scratch sensitivity.
