it's a basic cord with a "square round" end, any will work, no need to worry about volts/amps, the cord is not the power supply

CDJ 2000 Power Cord Amps/Volts
Hey guys, just bought a secondhand CDJ-2000 from eBay and the seller actually sent me everything I needed except for the power cord. I currently have a CDJ 1000 MK3 running alongside that until I can get another 2000, but the problem is I don't know the amps and voltage of cord I need to get for this CDJ 2000. I sent him a message about just sending me the original cord, but he hasn't got back to me yet. I know I can use my PS3's power cord, but I just don't want to risk breaking this expensive unit, so my question is what does it say on your power cables? I have an extra 10A 125V cord, while my PS3's cord is an 8A 125V.
I'm almost positive my PS3 has surge protection on it, so any cord would work in there I could use the higher amp cord into the unit, and the 8 amp cord into the CDJ, but I also want to be for sure. Thanks.

hey guys, im having a little problem, it says to put the control cord in the cdj 2000 to the djm 900 which i understand, but i cant find any input for the control cord on the mixer i can however find it on the cdj 2000 much appreciated :)

There is no control cord input on the DJM900. That function is controlled over 'LINK'. You will find those inputs on older DJM models.
