Hi all,
I'm hoping someone could point me to a reputable authorised repair centre for Pioneer DJ equipment. I need to get a CDJ-2000 fixed and I'm rather pissed off with the service so far received (read NOT received) from Pioneer UK. I tried most of the afternoon calling them on their uk customer service numbers to get a list of repair facilities in London but no one is picking up the phone on either number on the website!!!
Besides that the list for the South Eas of the UK only gives 3 options of which 2 are over 40 miles away from here and as I need a quick fix I can't wait for courier services and wanted to drive there in person. The ONLY one in London tried to rip me off on the phone already:( I asked to speak to someone from repairs and the woman on the phone declined to put me through as she could handle it.... So all she had to say was £57 + VAT per hour to have a look, was not able to give an indication of waiting time, price to fix it (an other repair centre was professional and was able to do this, just a shame I would have to drive each way for 1.5 hours!) and was rude when I again asked to speak to a tech person.
With so many customers relying on their equipment in my area I would have expected a bit more?>
Anyways rant over - If anyone knows a good one in London pls let me know:)
