XDJ-R1 - Scratch Problem MIDI - Firmware:1.10

Direct after activation one of the four color effects - its not possible to scratch (just bend the song) on the A/C side, than you have to press ANY Button - and now the cratch works... 

Deck B/D works normal, as it should be.

Mixer Mode: XDJ-R1

PC Software: Virtual DJ or Traktor (both the same) - so it have to be a firmware problem.

Please Pioneer correct this!
