I've noticed this days that my xdj-r1 not working with virtual dj anymore...the software on my mac is working but i cant making work with xdj-r1... i've done all the necesary sound settings but stil no luck...i cant sort this out...i've googeled in search for solutions but no luck...what might be the problem??? i have an mac running osx 10.9.5,2.3 Ghz Intel Core i7,16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3...i have latest firmware 1.10 on my xdj... with traktor pro is working well

Hi, I'm not really an expert on Mac computers, but have you done a Apple update recently? It may be the case that during this it has lost or moved some of the necessary files to run the program properly, you may have to back up your Virtual Dj folders on to a memory device and completely remove Virtual Dj from your Mac book and reload it again.
Hi Adrian,in fact i was update my macbook to yosemite but i've noticed that many third party apps didn't work well so i've returned to mavericks... my traktor pro 2 is working good in mavericks... in yosemite it would't work at all... youre sugestion is to delete al the thing's releated to vdj??? thnx for reply...how come only the users of this forum are answering to question and pioneer members/admins not???
Hi, Yes this is what I would try, if you back up your VirtualDJ folder in Documents on to a Memory Stick BEFORE you uninstall the program, then paste it back into your Documents afterwards, it should have kept your playlists and BPM / Cue points without having to go through them again, but only if you don't alter your music around in the meantime.

I've tried everything but stil no luck... but i don't care now that much... important is that my traktor is working... i've needed vdj only as a "back-up" app in case traktor stop working ;) anyway thnx for youre relpy... still no answer from pioneer stuff :D... pioneer care for us costumers :)
