Error recording directly to USB on XDJ Aero

I have recently downloaded Rekordbox for my Android phone. I have imported my tracks from the music held on the phone's internal HD. The phone hooks up perfectly to the XDJ WiFi and the tracks load from Rekordbox without issue & I had a lengthy mix at the weekend and recorded it directly to the USB.Unfortunately the recording has come up with an error and wont play back. On putting the USB into my laptop it wont play either as it is saying that Windows cant open the Codec.

I have a theory that this is down to some of the tracks containing "album art" in the folder - would that be what is causing the error ?

Can you supply a solution please ?

Please note I did experience playback errors previously from tracks that I had transferred from my laptop to the USB - could it be that the USB (which is brand new) has a corruption ?

I am extremely frustrated and would be obliged if anyone can help
