Which version of Windows are you running?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
And what exactly is "freezing"? The driver installation? Windows itself?
XDJ - Aero freezing, windows and traktor work normal but aero don't work, I can't switch to usb only what I can is turn them off, disconnect from pc then turn on and use with wi-fi or usb
How can you tell it's "frozen"? What are the symptoms to indicate it no longer works? No audio output? No control...?
When the freez I can't do nothing on him, if you want I can record and send you to see that. Only when I plug him to pc they froze and then I need turn them off, remove cabel from pc them turn them on and then work normal on usb or wi-fi. I tried on friend laptop same Windows 7 64 bit and again they froze after installing automaticly drivers
Well that's possibly where the problem comes in -- you should be installing the official drivers from Pioneer BEFORE connecting the device. Did you do that or did you connect the device and allow Windows to install drivers by itself?
Yes first what I make is install official drivers from web site support, then when I connect AERO to pc the some things like new drivers for correct work install by itself and then everything on AERO freez
Okay, but I'm still not certain what you say is freezing. A video would be appreciated - thank you.

Something you didn't previously note is that during the Windows driver update phase, the MIDI driver fails to install. That's part of the problem.
I just went through the process on my machine and forced it to install drivers automatically by connecting it before I had installed the official Pioneer drivers, here's what happened...
First thing I did was cancel the automatic fetching:

Then I opened the device manager to see what was there. First open the Start menu, and right-click on Computer and select Manage:

You can see that the AERO is listed under Other Devices, but with a yellow exclamation icon. That means there's a problem.

So I uninstalled it by right-clicking:

...and confirmed removal:

Then I disconnected the AERO, ran the Pioneer installer again and reconnected it - and everything works.
Please give those instructions a try.
Same thing again :/ but never mind I will use only usb and wi-fi rekordbox :) Thanks for helping
Fixed, my windows has some problems and now everything work great. Thanks for helping ;)
@Marin > Thanks for reporting back. Do you know what it is you changed / fixed so we might investigate or share that with others having similar issues?
I make fresh new installation of windows becouse I never do that, but in my case I think that problems was old sound card drivers from old controllers. Before I buy XDJ - Aero, I was use DDJ T1, MC3000, Ergo, Traktor S2, Numark NS6 and I think that my windows keep them in registry "like they don't give XDJ - Aero sound card work properly" and that make problem all time. Lot of people say that I need fresh windows installation becouse you can never delete informations in registry data. Sorry for bad english
Thanks. Hopefully everything works properly for you now!
