XDJ RX Waveform Not Showing on 128GB+ Drive

Hi Support

Hopefully this is straight forward. When using either my 16GB or 32Gb Flash Drive the unit works as advertised (thanks) However, if i plug my USB 3.0 500GB Hard drive which is formatted to FAT32, the audio plays, but there is no waveform on the unit. I have read through several threads here and thought it was dodgy MP3s, so i encoded a few of said mp3s to wav, and exported the same playlist to all 3 drives. Again everything works on the flash drives, except for the Hdd (which is now a giant flash drive).

What am i missing here?
