hi, my mac will not read my cd i have with my new controller, with the cd software is the product code, it is for traktor pioneer ddj-t1 edition... where can i download this version.... as i tryed traktor pro 2 and the code does not work. please can some one help me?

As far as I know you cannot download the Pioneer edition of Traktor as it's provided on the CD with your DDJ-T1.
Double check if other CD's and disks work in your drive and see if it's possibly a problem with your computer. Also, try the provided CD in another computer if you have one available.
I'm with @Foster; try another CD-ROM or DVD-ROM and see if it's the optical drive that's broken. The T1 edition is not available for download.
ye the cd does work in another computer, i have had this problem many times... the multi region for the dvd has been chaged to many times by fiends so i can read cd's only in mac. i have had to order an external dvd drive of ebay, once its here i can instal. i am using traktor pro 2 demo with controller untill then. bummer
