Reading Low Input in Traktor Scratch Pro 2

Ok So I have 2 CDJ 2000's with a DJM 900 Nexus Mixer. When I go to play a song it sounds horrible. The problem is it says Low Input. I changed out all the cables and went and bought a Powered USB hub and it still says low input. The songs sound fine if I use a CD or USB stick so I know it has something to do with traktor. I am new to traktor so over the last few days I have been beatgriding all of my songs. Before I did this traktor worked fine. Now that I am doing beatgridding it doesn't so I must have changed a setting or something. Can someone tell me the settings I should have it set to when using it with the DJM-900 mixer?

Any Idea How to Fix This?

In Traktor where the virtual decks are it says low input like the signal isn't good.  The song plays but the quality is crap.  I changed out all the cables bought a new usb hub and still doesn't work.

@Bradyhacock > The audio quality may have to do with latency issues if you're not using timecode. Double check your latency settings and try using different parameters.

I guess I don't get what your question is.  I just bought a new lap top and it worked fine until I updated file Controller_Editor_143U_Mac.dmg  Then it went back to sounding like crap.  I am brand new to Traktor and it has never worked  so sorry for not understanding.

You say "inputting"; what is it exactly you're inputting?

I am not inputting anything it is saying that the signal is week.  NI said "Low Input" basically means "Low Signal" or "bad connection".  I know the connection is not bad because  if I am just using CD's its fine. plus I went and bought all new cables and an new hub.  I bought a new computer yesterday and it worked fine for 5 min then I got a pop up saying I needed to install the  Controller_Editor_143U_Mac.dmg  file and when I did it stopped working
