Watch this video -- while it's for the 900, it's virtually identical for the 850.
I purchased the Pioneer DJM850 mixer because it was scratch certified.
I have the software and timecode kit which comes with the timecode cd's.
My set up also includes 2 CDJ 800 mk2s, and I have a Macbook Pro, running Mac OS X 10.6
I am not able to calibrate, it says scratch disabled, as if traktor is not recognizing the cdjs at all.
Based on instructions from NI tech support I went on my mac to Applications>Utilities folder and double-click the Disk Utility and performed Repair Disk Permissions.
I have also installed the latest drivers for the 850 - http://pioneerdj.com/support/product.php?c=885&lang=en&p=DJM-850-K&t=116
I did that, I got all the updates from the service center.... I am not sure what else I need to do?

Hi Pulse, thanks for the video. I viewed this when I was setting up initially and followed it step by step. I still receive no timecode signal, scratch disabled, and unable to calibrate.
@kyle > You ran the software for the 850's inputs to route the audio properly, then configured the audio settings within Traktor?
