[SOLVED] CD key problems of the DDJ-ERGO limited

I met one of the key issues on CD-DDJ ergo limited. I bought it at a shop in Vietnam, but when I started to install the software Traktor, I can not activate the key number and it was an error that "activation key number was" so I can not use it. I need help from anyone, please.
