Can I Factory Reset?????? Please Help.....

My XDJ-R1 has always worked ok until the other day. I turned the unit on after using it the day before and for some reason the system turns on but the screen only displays the words Pioneer DJ and will not power up the rest of the unit?????? any ideas or is a factory reset possible??
