Sound through headphones and trim button not working properly.

Hi guys,
For some reason when music is played on my xdj rx, the sound from the main output is also coming through my headphone without the cue buttons being on. on top of that the channel 2 trim button acts as a treble knob for channel one. This really baffles me and makes the unit unusable for me.I cannot preview and therefore mixing is impossible. Please heelllllpppppp!!!!!!!!
