hey can anyone help me with setting up Serato dJ with my XDJ RX i tried to connect it my macbook air via link to my xdj rx but my nothing happens can someone tell me what else i need to be doing to get it to work if its possible
@Oneill > The XDJ-RX is not a Serato DJ-compatible hardware device, and as such, is not recognized by the Serato DJ software. Even if you had a license to unlock the software and map the controls through MIDI, as others have pointed out (below), you would not have visual feedback to the LEDs and you would also have no control over the jog wheels (something that is not mappable in the software).

You could try to use the RX as a generic midi device BUT it would have to be via USB and the unit would have to be in midi mode (if it has it) which could be figured out by checking out the manual.
The XDJ-RX will never be compatible with Serato DJ, and using it as a MIDI device won't show the decks or light up the LEDs
