XDJ-RX master out led vu bar question?

I have a XDJ-RX and i see that the level of the 2 master out VU led bars always lightning at the same level. Example, when the music of left side is louder then on the right side. The 2 master out VU led bars lightning permanently at the same level.
Is this normal?
Are the 2 master out VU led bars not, one bar for the left side and the other bar for the right side?
