Can't export Tracks from rekordbox 4.0 Explorer mode

I just connected my WD Digital 3TB Ultra Passport and it doesn't sync any devices at all. i just formatted it to FAT32 from NTFS. After reopen it still grayed out the when i tried to export the music. I really need help im really stressed out right now hahahaha.
