[CLOSED] Big Troubles with XDJ-R1 - Freezing - terrible Sound - Help!
Hello!
I have a lot of troubles to play with my XDJ-R1 If this problem will not fixed, i have to use my cash back by Thomann.
I think the problem is not the xdj. The Problem is the Rekordbox in combination with the Remote Box! I have to analyze the Songs with Rekord Box! After this i play this with the Remote Box!
Problem: Same USB/Stick, same Song, Works fine with folder search, if i would load the same song analyzed with Rekordbox my XDJ Crash and freeze with a terrible sound! After freeze, the remote box closed!!! So i have to turn off and on the xdj, starte the remote Box again, and have to weit for a new playing for some minutes! And there are a lot of songs with crashing! The songs are not illegal loaded, original from CD and from official internet dealer!
The same songs, the same HDDs worked find ewith the Mep 7000 for over 3 Yeears - Every week with search and folder Modus!
I have the newest Version of Remote Box, Rekord Box and XDJ!
I tried different USB Sticks and HDDs. Every thime the same problem! I also analyzed the whole songs the same time on other HDDs - the same problem!
I am very angry! I bought an Ipad to work with the XDJ, and it does not work!
If Pioneer do not fix the Problem in this week, i have to send my XDJ back. It is not possible to play with it!

I have an DJ Agency in Austria with about 40 DJs (www.ms-dj.at & www.nightfly.tv) . A lot of DJs in my Agency wanted to buy the XDJ. I had to test the controller, but i can`t give positive credentials for this product for now!
I hope you can help me!

Thanks Garvin! But its to late :-(. Sent back mei XDJ-R1 back to Thomann :-(. A lot of hours, but the bugs are too much. A lot of DJs of my Agency not buy this controler , they saw all the bugs :-(. www.nightfly.tv - www.ms-dj.at .

Ich sehe das auch so wie Michael, es ist eine Frechheit was Pioneer da bei diesen xdj-r1 abzieht.So ein gutes Gerät von der Idee her,aber in der Praxis nur Probleme.Die Firmware updates programmiert sicher gerade der Praktikant ;-) Vom deutschen Pioneer Support bekomme ich die Antwort das es an meinen Mp3s liegt, nur komisch das Sie auf alle anderen Geräten laufen und auch von der Mp3 CD und auch wenn ich Sie vorher nicht mit Rekordbox analysiere, auch von USB auf den R1.Ich versuche meinen auch wieder los zu bekommen,ich hoffe mein Händler bei uns vor Ort nimmt Ihn zurück.Werde mir wieder einen xdj-Aero besorgen,mit den hatte ich diese Probleme nicht.Das einzige ws mich an den gestört hat war die etwas träge Musiksuche mit iPad und Rekordbox auf den USB Stick.

Eins habe ich noch vergessen: Firmware 1.05 auf den R1 & die neuste Rekordbox auf dem Mac.

Ich bin jetzt froh meinen XDJ-R1 an Thomann zurück geschickt zu haben! Das Problem wurde nicht (!!!) gelöst! Der 8302 Fehler bleibt! Bei mir war es jeder Titel von PSY und ein paar andere! Das Problem ist die Recordbox - aber Pioneer hört da wohl nicht richtig zu! Gleicher Titel abgespielt direkt von USB Stick - funktioniert, Titel mit Rekordbox analysiert - 8302! Tja, wenn der Fehler behoben ist, kauf ich ihn mir evtl. wieder vergünstigt als B-Stock! Schade, wäre ein Hammer Ding gewesen - aber nicht spieltauglich!
