XDJ-R1 Rekordbox only partially supported

The product info for the XDJ-R1 says Rekordbox compatible, however, it should actually read 'PARTIALLY Rekordbox compatible'. Can not use key or taglist features, etc. It is a mobile deck but I have to use virtual DJ to get all the features I need because Rekordbox/Remotebox is crippled on the XDJ-R1, very disappointed.
