DDJ 800 USB MALFUNCTION

I'm receiving a message saying "Usb malfunction and the computer won't recognize the device" when connecting the unit to the usb port. I've connected the unit to several computers and receiving the same message. This is the first time I've tried to connect the unit since purchasing it new.

Please help!
