Which version of the XDJ drivers?
Does the software open normally and operate until the point you connect the XDJ?

XDJ-1000 attempt to connect and serato crashes
When i attempt to choose a deck on serato Dj, the program will immediately crash. All of my hardware, software, and firmware is up to date and the computer is a pc with windows 8.1, i7 processor, etc
