DJM900 nxs2 Gate/Comp missing

Why have you guys removed the Gate/Comp on the DJM900 NXS2 ? It's my favourite effect on my XDJ RX. I use it all the time to clean up or thicken up beats before recording a loop roll?

Is there any chance Sweep could be changed back to Gate/Comp via a menu option (in current or future firmware updates)?

I can't buy this product otherwise really.
