My boyfriend has bought a new controller named DDJ-SX. He's been satisfied with it and the serato software because everything worked well at the beginning but now there is a problem with the sound.. At first, there was a kind of " test software " which worked well for about 10 minutes but then the license was required and of course he bought the license and entered the code which was directly accpted by the Software. But then there wasn't any sound anymore and nobody knows why because during the 10 minutes the sound was output and we didn't change any settings etc. so where's the problem ? We surfed the Internet for a solution, we changed every cable, we tried different boxes, we even tried it with a different Laptop but nothing works.. we are really desperate because it's not just an hobby for him so he's got knowledge about controllers but he can't find a solution. Maybe you have an idea what to do ? We would be really grateful if anyone can help us.
