my pioneer ddj rx is not being detected by rekordbox

i have got everything installed im using windows 10 and i have updated firmware and it was working apart from me not being able to hear volume but i could see if i moved the discs it moved in the program but after 10 minutes the program is not detecting it at all i dont know what to do and yes everything is plugged in and its lit up but will not let me use it at all
