When I load a track onto of the decks on my XDJ-RX, all of the cues and loops in memory load, and all of the hot cues load. When I then load the exact same track onto the other deck, all of the cues and loops in memory load, BUT NONE OF THE HOT CUES LOAD, leaving the Hot Cue buttons a dimly-lit blue. If I hit any of those dimly-lit Hot Cue buttons, it moves that Hot Cue to the current playhead location in the saved track (and deletes it from its previous position).
I am using an XDJ-RX with firmware 1.6.0, and Linking via ethernet (and a Thunderbolt adapter) to a new Apple Macintosh laptop running OSX 10.10, which serves from Rekordbox 3.2.2. The default database happens to be on a USB flash drive (so I can easily update the library on different computers).
0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety AND TRIED THE SOLUTIONS THERE before posting: Yes, I swear it! (I have also read the XDJ-RX manual the online Rekordbox manuals several times. I would be delighted to read any additional documentation that might be available.)

Hello Pulse: Thank you for your official response. Instead of closing this post, let's please pursue it because the other post relates to a problem that is very intermittent whereas this one can be reproduced more reliably. For the other post, you asked "Could you please record a video of this happening so we can show the engineers?" I have created a video of this "hot cues not loading" problem, but I could not in a reasonable amount of time recreate the "Hot Cue button sometimes just plays from current playhead position" problem. But can you please tell me how a video would be useful? Please note that there are already quite a few details in my initial post. Does Pioneer need "proof" that this is happening? Are there some specific additional details that Pioneer would like? If you let me know what the engineers would be looking for, perhaps I could just provide those details myself. (I have extensive professional experience in software testing, for example.) Please note that, as I mentioned, I am using the relatively new Rekordbox feature of keeping the Rekordbox Database (and songfiles) on an external HD, specifically a USB flash drive. Perhaps the problem relates to this. But I made a video. It is 365 MB and I will send you the URL if you email me directly. (I do not want the URL in the forum, please.) Thanks very much for all of your help with this. Best wishes. -AKbeat
