2 Deck mixing with Virtual Dj on Xdj Rx

I am connecting my laptop with the Usb on the Xdj Rx. When I press midi and load I get PC on screen but when I play tracks output only goes out on channel 1. Is there a way to seperate the outputs. I am having also the same problem with Rekordbox.
