Djm s9 paint and smell issues on a one month old mixer!!!

I posted to an earlier post and had no reply so thought it worth starting a new one.

i purchased the s9 just before Christmas I notice the smell but thought it just a new mixer smell. After a month the face plate around the crosI am suppressed there is no customer support email or direct contact other than this forums fader has begun to chip away.  Not really acceptable for a mixer of this price that is specifically advertised as a battle mixer. Whilst looking for support on the forum over the paint issue I came across others describing the smell and am now worried over this as well.

i am suprised there is no direct contact other than a phone number and that pioneer encourage the use of forums to register complaints.

i am also suprised that I have received no replies to previous my previous post.

i purchased this mixer as an upgrade from native instruments s2 and am hoping it has not been an expensive mistake. They too had a paint issue which was resolved with minimal fuss. 

I hope olé to receive simillR support from pioneer
