*update - I was able to get Rekordbox link working with my laptop. I tried using it without a USB hub & it worked fine. Also over Wifi it worked fine as well.

Just got my CDJ-2000NXS2's... a couple issues..
Hi all, very excited about these decks, I did some experimenting tonight & had a few things not work right
*HID mode in Serato & Traktor both didn't work (I'm thinking software update on their end?)
*Rekordbox link with my laptop would only show on wifi (not ethernet) & even then it wouldn't connect... on the software it'll show the decks, but not do anything. If I try to drag a track it'll say there's an error with the file & it can't be loaded. On the decks it won't even show unless I'm connected on wifi. Very strange. USB sticks work fine however

1. Yes and update is needed from Serato and Traktor if they choose to support it
2. To LINK to your laptop you need to use ethernet cables and a network switch (or wifi router/access point like you said)
the USB is for HID for Rekordbox DJ/Serato/traktor etc....
Ethernet is for Rekordbox export mode to link with laptop or use flash drives/SD cards
