How to fast search parts in songs in DDJ-SR?

Hi everyone, I've been working with DDJ-SX2 in a club for a few months and I'm thinking on buying a DDJ-SR for home mixing.

I'm very used to needle search in the SX2 inside the song to get to the right spot easily, and as the SR has no needle search. I'd like to know if there's any fast way to search through a song, something faster than just spinning the jogwheel.

I have read something about pressing shift + turning the jogwheel, does that makes the jogwheel work faster for searching? Is there any kind of [<<] [>>] button search?

I also saw on some CDJ youtube videos some kind of fast searching option with the jogwheel that keept the song playing like a 0,5sec loop and you could scroll through all those 0,5sec loops through the song, so you were constantly hearing a small part of the track (Sorry for my bad explanation, this must have a name but I have no idea which one is it)
