Broken zipper on hard case. HDJ 2000 mk2

Hi, My zipper broke on the hard case of my brand new HDJ 2000mk2 I just got them like few days ago. I was going to close them and boom. the zipper came out. Is there anyways to fix it? or something I can do

You can return them to the store where you purchased them and exchange them for a new pair.

You can try contacting Pioneer support at 1-800-782-7210 but I am not sure if the case is covered under the product's warranty.
