There is no ducking echo on the S9 (native) but you do have an option of a ducking echo within Serato DJ.

how to setup duckign echo in DJM-S9?
anybody know how to setup the ducking echo like it used to have in the 909?
if not, how can i set up a similar effect using serato DJ?

LOL I thought DUCKING Echo was your own Colloquialism for F....Kn echo as in you were super frustrated. I looked it up and it's just a regular echo effect that can be replicated by hitting the Echo lever and fading out the track. I thought maybe you were referring to the Pitch Echo feature which is one of my favorite echo's for certain transitions. I Loved my 909 and look forward to getting my DJM-S9 to start working properly since I really love the features of it but have had some sound issues lately.

Can we have it added in an update to the firmware? It was a hidden gem in the 909 and would make for a great addition to the S9. Cheer
