SB2: Jog wheel doesn't change the tempo/pitch

Hi guys,

Here's my issue: I just bought a DDJ-SB2 today, downloaded Serato Intro, everything first seemed to work well, but the jog wheels apparently not working. On the top of it (aluminium) the scratch mode works well, but on the sides, which, I believe, are supposed to change the tempo/pitch, it only changes it as long as I'm turning it, and as soon as I release it, the tempo goes directly back to its previous rate.
Am I clear? I'm french so I'm always a bit afraid of expressing myself quite bad in english.

I tried it with both Serato Intro, and Serato DJ (Trial mode), and it's exactly the same.
I didn't plug the controller to any sound system yet, only headphones, and I tried both in cue and not, with fader up and down, pretty much everything.

The pitch bend fader works though, but it's hard to fix a tempo precisely only with it.

There are no pilotes/firmware needed/available for this model with Mac apparently.

Hopping that someone will help me...

Kind regards,

AT

@Ariel > Turning the jog wheel using only the side of the wheel will bend the pitch while it is being rotated only. This is normal operation. If you want to make a permanent change to the pitch, use the slider. The slider is not meant for pitch bending.
