Hello,
after short using my headphones broke during party. I bought them from dealer DJ SHOP - Tyniec Maly in Poland. Of course i get them back on guaranty, but after two weeks I get answer that it wouldn't be repaired because it's not usual problem, that never happened before. I read on forum that other people have the same problem. Why is it not supported? Service said me that I can buy a new part and change it myself but it's very expensive - 1/3 of headphones price. Headphones were broken while normal using so i'm not sure why I have to pay for it. Can I get any help?

@Pawel > Unfortunately here on the forums we don't have the ability or authority to qualify your problem as something that can be repaired or not, at cost or otherwise. Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region, depending on the breakage, it may be covered out of warranty.

if problem have a lot of headphones users, it means it shouldn't be repaired? this stuff is very expensive and should be worth of money. sound is ok, but plastic quality i think there's something wrong... and should be on warranty.
