You know how the CDJ 2000 lights red on the jog wheel when a track is playing after volumes are up? Well is there a way to do an update on the XDJ 1000 where the USB part glows red to indicate when the track is playing? Just an idea since some people want a indication light.
You mean the "OnAir" display mode - that's shown on the screen. The colour of the USB surround is reserved for showing the colour selected within the USB device preferences from rekordbox.

Bummer. I was just thinking of ways to make it happen since so many people miss it. Maybe something on the screen like a font color change or something to indicate.
on air is available with the xdj-1000. look at around the number player on the screen it's a red light blinking when the player is on air.
