CDJ 350 + Traktor

Hi,
I did everything perfectly from the guide of pioneer.
But now if I play sometimes the music just stops going to the cdj?
Than I need to press the play button 2 times for it to send it through again.
How can I fix this? Please fast!

Traktor version
driver version for the CDJs
firmware version of the CDJs
what tool you are using to create the aggregate
whether you are connecting the CDJs direct or by a USB hub, and whether any of that USB is USB2 or USB3
