Pitch wheel not working

Hi, I just bought an xdj rx but when I try to pitch bend (touching the outside of the jog wheel) on the deck 2 or B , it "scratches" like if I'm using the front of the jog wheel , it doesn't "bend" ,hope I made myself clear ,
