Lost cue control with Rekordbox DJ Performance

I'm thinking this may be user error but since purchasing and using the XDJ RX in MIDI mode connected to RB4 in performance mode (purchased) I have no cue capability. 

Audio is set to the XDJ in the preferences and if I hit cue (deck cue not volume cue choice) I hear the track along with the master. The cue lights do not light up but I can hear the tracks on the headphones.

I cannot figure out how to get headphone cueing back so I am not able to use RB performance mode.

EDIT - Just noticed I have lost all effect functions also (sound color) Beat effects work.

USB drive mode works fine.

Any ideas?
