cdj 2000 and traktor audio problem !

hi i am working for resident dj. i have 2x cdj 2000 and macbookpro traktor.when i playing in the night maybe 2 or 3 times i lost audio for 15 second.audio is like dirty first and after 10 seconds it start work good.. after than i need change latency cuz snyc is not work good. it's about like mac and cdj lose connection for 15 seconds. i have belkin usb hub for .3.0. what's the problem ? can you help me thanks ...

Please try connecting directly without the hub to see if the issue persists.

But i want to use mu extrrnal usb hard drive too Why i should connect without hub ? On pioneer video also use hub
