either a broken screen or bad GPU on the board, i would contact a local repair center and have it fixed

CDJ 2000 nxs2 screen
I am getting red, green and blues vertical colored lines taking up about 1/4" on the far left of screen. Any idea what this could be?

Thank you for your comment. There is no way the screen got broken. I have not moved it since installing it. Actually the second screen is behaving the same way. The breakage must be coming from inside the machines. Someone mentioned something about Firmware and updates. I can't get my head around that. Could that be anything to do with my problem?

I doubt it's FW related, if internal then its the board with the gpu on it, I had to replace mine when I had the 2000
since you have 2 if you are comfortable doing so I would swap the boards between them and see where the problem follows, looks like the dwx3693 board may have the gpu on it
