Djm900nexus2 recording

Hi I'm trying to record a mix through my djm900nexus2 with the USB lead that comes with it I'm using record box for my music and Sony sound forge for recording but having no sound come through I have the latest drivers and firmware for Windows it's like it's not picking up the signal I have the pioneer utility set I channel 1/2 record out but nothing use to be fine on the djm900nexus1 can anyone help
